ΣΥΜΠΟΣΙΟ
“New Era in the Development of Vaccines: From Research to Quality Testing to Clinical Trials”
Στις 9 Οκτωβρίου 2025, πραγματοποιήθηκε με επιτυχία το Συμπόσιο με τίτλο θέμα «New era in the Development of Vaccines: From Research to Quality Testing to Clinical Trials» στο Αμφιθέατρο του Ελληνικού Ινστιτούτου Παστέρ, σε συνδιοργάνωση με το Millennium Institute Immunology and Immunotherapy, FOCIS Center of Excellence, School of Biological Sciences, School of Medicine, PontificiaUniversidad Católica de Chile.
Το Συμπόσιο αποτέλεσε καρπό της εξαιρετικής συνεργασίας μεταξύ του Δρ. Ιωάννη Ράμπια, Προϊσταμένου του Εργαστηρίου Ποιοτικού Ελέγχου του Ελληνικού Ινστιτούτου Παστέρ, και του Καθηγητή Alexis Kalergis , Διευθυντή του Millennium Institute Immunology and Immunotherapy, FOCIS Center of Excellence, School of Biological Sciences, School of Medicine, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
Η εκδήλωση σηματοδότησε το πρώτο συμπόσιο της σειράς «Hellenic Pasteur Institute Science Lecture Series», μιας πρωτοβουλίας που εγκαινιάστηκε από τον Καθηγητή Γεώργιο Πατρινό, Γενικό Διευθυντή του Ελληνικού Ινστιτούτου Παστέρ.
Κατά τη διάρκεια του Συμποσίου παρουσιάστηκαν σύγχρονες επιστημονικές προσεγγίσεις στην ανάπτυξη εμβολίων, που εκτείνονταν από τη βασική έρευνα έως τις διαδικασίες ποιοτικού ελέγχου και τις κλινικές δοκιμές.Το Συμπόσιο περιλάμβανε διακεκριμένους ομιλητές από τη Χιλή και η επιτυχής διοργάνωσή του σηματοδοτεί την απαρχή μιας νέας εποχής συνεργασίας μεταξύ των δύο χωρών στους τομείς της
