The HPI-ΒU is equipped with a powerful image analysis workstation. The installed software includes a) a full license of the commercially available Imaris v.10.2 and b) the free Image J/Fiji and ICY-bioimage analysis software. In addition, the HPI-BU offers custom made image analysis solutions (macro development).
