- Olympus IX8S1F-ZDC stage
- a Hamamatsu CCD ORCA/AG cryocamera
- Xenon fluorescence source
- the Cell R imaging software
which allow multicolor 3D imaging, transmission microscopy (phase-contrast and Nomarski-DIC).
